Discovery Call
We’ll discuss your business goals, target audience, and what you want your website to accomplish. I’ll ask about your competitors, timeline, and budget to make sure we’re a good fit.
Step 2
Proposal & Timeline
You’ll receive a detailed proposal with exactly what I’ll deliver, when, and what it costs. No surprises, no hidden fees. If you’re happy with it, we move forward with a 50% deposit.
Step 3
Design & Build
I’ll create your site with regular check-ins (usually twice per week). You’ll see progress as I work and have opportunities to request changes. Most revisions happen during this phase.
Step 4
Launch & Training
After your final approval, I’ll launch the site, provide training on how to manage it yourself, and be available for any questions. You’ll have everything you need to own your site confidently.

Most websites are delivered in 2-6 weeks depending on complexity. A standard 5-page business website typically takes 2-3 weeks, while e-commerce stores take 3-5 weeks. I’ll give you a specific timeline during our discovery call.
What platforms do you build on?
I specialize in WordPress, Square Online, and Wix. Each has different strengths, and I’ll recommend the best fit based on your needs, technical comfort level, and budget. I don’t force one platform on everyone.
Do you work with businesses outside St. Louis?
Absolutely. While I’m based in St. Louis and love working with local businesses (coffee meetings are great!), I work with clients anywhere via video calls and screen sharing.
What's your pricing?
Projects typically range from $2,000-$7,500 depending on scope and complexity. I provide a detailed quote after our discovery call so there are no surprises.
Do you require full payment upfront?
No. I typically charge 50% to start the project and 50% at launch. For larger projects, we can break payments into milestones (start, design approval, launch).
What happens after the website launches?
I provide training on how to manage your site yourself, plus documentation for common tasks. I’m also available for ongoing support, updates, or monthly maintenance if needed—but you’re never locked in or dependent on me for basic changes.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes! Website redesigns are a big part of what I do. I can modernize your design, improve navigation, and optimize for better performance—all while preserving your existing content and SEO rankings.
